Even though the dolls were told at the very last minute that they were going to get to go along on a day trip to Blowing Rock, they should have been better prepared. Of course, I suppose I did forget to mention that mountain climbing would be included in the day's activities along with "lunch" and "shopping".
Gene was absolutely sure that even though the colors were just perfect for a day in the mountains of North Carolina in the fall ... she was dressed all wrong for hiking!
Antoinette was so proud of herself for wearing trousers ... but then the spike heels confronted the climb, and sitting proved to be what she did best.
Trixie couldn't quite find the center of balance which is usually no problem for her! She had thought the 30's look would be stunning in the mountains ... and it was, till she tried to walk!
Sitting was a much better idea!!
